Corporate Cooking Classes

This summer I had the pleasure of joining Jobar and American Healthcare REIT to offer a fun and engaging team building activity in the middle of the work week. At Jobar I provided a demonstration on two simple summer salads along with a tasting. At American Healthcare REIT i facilitated a 58 person hands-on cooking class covering the Basics of Sushi making. In both instances, I provided all required materials and ingredients and the students got to enjoy this unique learning experience.

Basics of Sushi Menu:

Philly roll: salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, scallion, furikake

Tropical yellowtail roll: yellowtail, honey mango, jalepeno

Veggie Rainbow roll: assorted vegetables

Spicy Scallop hand roll

Kimchi and crab hand roll
